Back in June 2017 I became the new owner of a well known and trusted range of track components, looking at the range at that time I knew that some investment was going to be needed fortunately contacts with tool makers and cad engineers, gave me a team well experienced in the process of injection moulding this did not mean that it was going to be easy. I also had to understand the same processes, direct contacts with rail staff has enable me to progress various C & L Projects, all of the new tooling has been manufactured here in the UK.
So a chance to review our flexi track range two types of OO or 16.5mm in the form of 60 foot track panels using three bolt chairs Branch line the other Main Line this is to do with the way keys face in the rail chairs correct sleeper and rail chair layout as per prototype. These are moulded on thicker 1.5mm sleepers than the previous original thin track base.
The O Gauge for 32mm track base has been designed to be assembled as standard or in track panels with the correct sleeper spacing the rail chairs are three bolt with the larger chair on the addition wider sleeper additionally up grade on the rail profile now code 131 for scale 95LB bullhead rail.
New this year I can now add EM and P4 track bases in two types, 2 bolt rail chairs for the GWR modellers and 3 bolt standard rail chairs all provide the option to assemble in basic form or in track panels this allows the correct sleeper formations when plan track interacts with point work the sleepers have been increased in thickness to 1.5mm, the keys in the rail chairs are both facing and oppose which is the arrangement for branch line.
